SHIPPING POLICY — REV SUPPLY

  • Shipping location: Florida, USA

  • Shipping regions: United States only (international shipping coming soon)

  • Order processing & fulfillment time:

    • Orders are processed and shipping labels are created within 3–5 business days.

    • Due to production, sourcing, and preorder fulfillment, it may take 1 day up to 8 weeks for an order to be physically shipped and dropped off to USPS.

  • Carrier transit time:

    • Once the package is in USPS possession, delivery times are determined solely by the carrier and are outside of our control.

  • Shipping costs: Paid by the customer

  • Tracking: Tracking information is provided for all orders once the label is created

  • REV SUPPLY is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession

PREORDERS

  • Preorder items are fulfilled after purchase and may require extended fulfillment times

  • Preorders follow the same shipping timeline outlined above

  • All preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged
